General Rules

✦Sessions are back to back. Late sessions will be rescheduled for another date based on availability.

✦A rescheduling fee will apply. If we are not able to accommodate you, you will receive a credit to be used within 90 days. Credit not used will be forfeited. No shows are cancellations and your session fee is forfeited in full.

✦Mini sessions are performed under strict guidelines and not ideal for clients who are prone to lateness, anxiety or not able to follow our specifications for any reason. If you need flexibility and special accommodations, kindly inquire about a regular family session with a Christmas Swap Shoot and please do not book a mini session.

✦Full resolution printable files with no branding are $199.99 when purchased before your session and $249.99 when purchased after. The mini session package comes with web files which are low res only to save digitally, display on the web and a logo to protect the image from being printed without our consent.

✦Sets and backdrops vary by date. Inquire if you are unsure which theme applies to your booking, and dress to coordinate.

✦Two backdrops per new theme are printed and available in studio on your date. The remaining sets from that theme are available as a digital backdrop add-on.

✦If you would like images edited on a setup that is not available the day of your session, you may request it as a digital backdrop add-on.

✦A holiday spotlight on our social pages, giant bow and bed shots are available as add-ons.

✦All printed backdrops are available for full family sessions.
